Most apartments are furnished, but some are unfurnished. Some apartments also provide kitchenware. What is provided varies from apartment to apartment, so it is good to check when you view the apartments.
Serviced apartments usually provide services such as security and cleaning. Some apartments also have swimming pools and gyms available for their tenants.
Generally, apartment owners provide security for the building and often provide secure parking areas. Owners also usually take care of repairs to the apartment. In most cases, utility payments can be made directly to the apartment office rather than to the utility companies.

In a house, the tenant is responsible for most repairs and unless they live in a borey (gated community), they are responsible for their own security.
There is no fee to help you find a new home.
Houses are often in gated communities called "boreys." Families with children especially like living in a borey because other families also live there. Often, a borey has a playground or other common area such as a shared pool or clubhouse. Streets within a borey are usually quite walkable. Houses are usually larger than an apartment and rent can be cheaper than an apartment.
